HR Tech Roadmap

Create professional, capability-led HR Tech roadmaps in three simple steps.

1. Set Your Foundation (Builder Tab)

• Pick a Template: Choose between Technology Layer, HR Functional, or Hybrid View to pre-populate your roadmap with industry-standard capabilities.
• Configure Timeline: Select your start year and duration (12, 24, or 36 months).
• Custom Swimlanes: Add your own capability categories with custom branding colors.

2. Build Your Initiatives

• Add Projects: Click “Add Project” on any lane. Enter a title, start month, and duration to create a visual progress bar.
• Add Milestones: Use the “Single Milestone” toggle for key go-live dates or decision points. These appear as red diamonds.
• Strategic Links (Hybrid Only): Use the “New Link” button to connect technology enablers to business outcomes.

3. Preview & Export (Preview Roadmap Tab)

• Review Your Design: Switch to the Preview Roadmap tab to see your final boardroom-ready visual.
• Mobile Friendly: If viewing on a phone, simply swipe horizontally to explore the full timeline.
• Professional Export: Use the Export button to download your roadmap as a high-quality PNG, a print-ready PDF (Landscape), or an editable PowerPoint slide.

Pro Tip: In the Hybrid View, all strategic dependencies are automatically listed in the footer legend for maximum clarity during executive presentations.
